Step-by-Step Instructions for Spinach & Feta Frittata
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a skillet with olive oil or butter.
  2. Sauté 2-3 cups of fresh spinach for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Whisk together 6-8 large eggs with ¼ cup of milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sautéed spinach in the skillet, pour the egg mixture over it, and crumble ¾ cup of feta cheese on top.
