  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter alternative
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice preferred
For Frying
  • oil High smoke point oil like vegetable or canola

Directions
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and check for veins. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add half of the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes each side until pink.
  5. Toss cooked shrimp in the sauce while still warm for even coating.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter, garnished with green onions.
