Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl, ensuring it's evenly distributed and free from broken pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, and ¼ cup of butter. Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the Rice Chex and gently fold to coat all cereal pieces evenly.
  4. Transfer the coated mixture into a large Ziplock bag, add 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake for about 30 seconds to coat evenly.
  5. Add the St. Patrick's Day Lucky Charms marshmallows to the bag, gently shake to intermingle, and serve immediately or store for later.
