Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whole milk, Cool Whip, and pure vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix on low speed for another 2 minutes until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  3. Add drops of green gel food coloring and mix on low speed until the desired green color is achieved.
  4. Transfer the dip to a festive serving bowl, smooth the top with a spatula, and sprinkle red candy hearts over the surface.
  5. Arrange cookies, pretzels, and crackers around the Grinch Dip on a serving platter for dipping.
