  • 250 ml dry white wine any dry white wine works

  • 50 grams sugar adjust based on sweetness preference
For the Fizz
  • 500 ml sparkling water can substitute with limonade

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 500 grams of fresh strawberries under cool water, hull, and slice them in a large bowl.
  2. Add 100 ml of vodka, 50 grams of sugar, and the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon to the strawberries. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, stir in 750 ml of chilled sparkling wine and 250 ml of dry white wine.
  5. Just before serving, add 500 ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
  6. Serve in chilled glasses, garnishing with fresh mint or a slice of lemon.
