- Wash 500 grams of fresh strawberries under cool water, hull, and slice them in a large bowl.
- Add 100 ml of vodka, 50 grams of sugar, and the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon to the strawberries. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, stir in 750 ml of chilled sparkling wine and 250 ml of dry white wine.
- Just before serving, add 500 ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
- Serve in chilled glasses, garnishing with fresh mint or a slice of lemon.
