Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
  6. Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips, ½ cup of sprinkles, 1 cup of potato chips, 1 cup of pretzels, and ½ cup of candy eggs.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
