  • 1 large Egg aquafaba as a vegan alternative

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries or your favorite berries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 2 slices Brioche Bread thick-sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  2. Press the center of each brioche slice with the back of a spoon to create wells.
  3. Spoon the custard mixture into the wells and top with blueberries and strawberries.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. For oven method, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Once cooked, remove from air fryer or oven, dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
