- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan or donut pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil; gently mix until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Melt butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine sugar with cinnamon for coating.
- Remove donut holes from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, dip in melted butter, and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with coffee or tea.
