Honey Simple Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and water over low heat. Stir until honey dissolves, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Prepare Lemonade
- While syrup cools, juice the lemons to get roughly 1 cup of lemon juice and strain it.
- In a pitcher, mix the cooled syrup, lemon juice, and cold water. Stir well until blended.
Serve
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over it.
- Garnish with lemon slices or mint.
