Preparation Steps
- Whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add blue food coloring gradually, whisking until desired hue is achieved.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes until soft-serve consistency.
- In the last 5 minutes of churning, add crushed cookies to the mixture.
- Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Scoop ice cream into bowls and top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
