- Combine raspberries and white grape juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, strain if desired.
- Pour the mixture into molds, filling about 3/4 full. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours.
- For the chocolate shell, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Remove popsicles from molds and drizzle with melted chocolate and optional toppings. Freeze briefly to set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
