Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine raspberries and white grape juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, strain if desired.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds, filling about 3/4 full. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  3. For the chocolate shell, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Remove popsicles from molds and drizzle with melted chocolate and optional toppings. Freeze briefly to set.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
