Directions

  2. Let the melted chocolate cool for 2–3 minutes, then fold in the mini marshmallows until thoroughly coated. Add oil-based food coloring if desired.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate-marshmallow mixture onto it. Spread evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle pastel-colored sprinkles on top and press down gently to adhere them before the chocolate sets.
  5. Allow the bark to cool at room temperature for 30-45 minutes or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
