  5. Combine sautéed mixture with cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, chicken, and breadcrumbs.
  6. Season the filling with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
  7. Stuff each mushroom cap with the prepared filling.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over stuffed mushrooms and add extra cheese if desired.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
