- Marinate the chicken by slicing it into thin strips and combining with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat and stir-fry the marinated chicken for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same pan, add mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and add water chestnuts and sliced green onions, stir to combine.
