Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your workspace by laying a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean cutting board.
  2. Layer the prosciutto slices overlapping on the plastic wrap to form a solid layer about 10–12 inches wide.
  3. Add a line of salami slices at one end of the prosciutto layer, extending slightly beyond the edge.
  4. Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over the salami, followed by roasted red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Add split burrata along with fresh arugula on top for extra flavor.
  6. Roll tightly from the salami end using the plastic wrap to keep the roll compact.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
