Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes, stirring halfway through.

- Drizzle hot honey over the top and serve immediately.
