Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry Brush

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce over the cooked beef. Stir to combine for 1-2 minutes, then mix in melted cheddar cheese until blended.
  4. Roll each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough out to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit dough. Pinch the edges to seal securely.
  6. Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of each bomb with this mixture.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the brushed tops of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Keep an eye out for that perfect color.
  9. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
