Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce over the cooked beef. Stir to combine for 1-2 minutes, then mix in melted cheddar cheese until blended.
- Roll each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough out to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit dough. Pinch the edges to seal securely.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of each bomb with this mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the brushed tops of each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Keep an eye out for that perfect color.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
