  • 4 pieces English Muffins can substitute with sandwich bread if needed
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce or homemade marinara or pesto
For the Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese can swap for cheddar or vegan cheese
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Toppings such as pepperoni, cooked meats, or fresh vegetables
For Extra Crispiness
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil optional, can use other cooking oils or butter

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each English muffin in half horizontally and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the tops of the muffin halves with a light coating of olive oil for extra crispiness.
  4. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over each muffin half.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce on each muffin half.
  6. Add your favorite toppings to each muffin half.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Switch to broil mode for an additional 1-2 minutes for a toasted top.
