- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and ½ cup of butter over medium heat until boiling. Quickly add 1 cup of flour and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes. Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth and glossy.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag. Pipe 2-inch rounds onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.

- Make the filling by whisking together 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
