- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 8 oz of softened cream cheese. Use a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the pudding layers by whisking 2 cups of milk with 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix in one bowl, then repeat in another bowl with 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk.
- Lay down a single layer of chocolate graham crackers in a 9x13 inch baking dish, then spread half of the peanut butter mixture and half of the chocolate pudding over it.
- Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers, followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture and the vanilla pudding.
- Cover with a final layer of chocolate graham crackers and press down gently.
- Spread 2 cups of whipped topping evenly over the final layer.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of crushed peanuts over the whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
