Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Stir until a rough dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes.
- Place kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, roll out into a rectangle of approximately 16x12 inches.
- Brush dough with melted butter, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over, and add blueberries.
- Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 equal pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rolls rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- For frosting, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, and frost rolls while warm.
