- Spread the unsweetened shredded coconut on a plate and roll each date ball in the coconut, ensuring a thorough coat.
- If using almonds, press one almond into the center of each coconut-coated date roll.
- Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
