- Halve the prepared cherry tomatoes, placing each half skin side down on a dehydrator tray in a single layer without overlapping.
- Set your dehydrator to a temperature of 135°F (57°C). Allow the tomatoes to dehydrate for approximately 12 to 14 hours, checking hourly for doneness.
- Once dehydrated, let the tomatoes cool in the dehydrator for 30 to 45 minutes before transferring them into an airtight container.
