Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the box cake mix in a baking dish, following package directions. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, poke holes around the cake and pour cold chocolate milk slowly over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the milk.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture. Spread over the soaked cake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the ganache by combining dark chocolate bar with remaining cold heavy cream and heating in intervals until smooth. Pour over the cream layer and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
  5. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and coat the rice cereal or cocoa puffs. Mix in cocoa powder. Sprinkle over the cake just before serving.
