- Melt 7 ounces of chocolate and 8 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Sift together the cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and espresso powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients and mix in the eggs and flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining toffee bits on top.
