- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four ramekins with coconut oil or butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup of dark chocolate and 1/4 cup of coconut oil. Microwave until melted and smooth.
- Whisk together the melted chocolate mixture with 1/4 cup protein powder, 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup almond flour, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
- Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Edges should look set while centers remain soft.
- Cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve with fresh berries and Greek yogurt.
