Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, combine with crushed pretzels and powdered sugar, then press into the bottom of the dish and bake for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, then spread over cooled crust.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Combine instant pudding mix with milk in a bowl and whisk until thickened. Pour over the chilled peanut butter layer.
  6. Chill the pie again for 30 minutes.
  7. Spread additional whipped topping on top of the chocolate layer.
  8. Garnish with crushed pretzels and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
