Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, combine with crushed pretzels and powdered sugar, then press into the bottom of the dish and bake for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, then spread over cooled crust.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine instant pudding mix with milk in a bowl and whisk until thickened. Pour over the chilled peanut butter layer.
- Chill the pie again for 30 minutes.
- Spread additional whipped topping on top of the chocolate layer.
- Garnish with crushed pretzels and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
