  • 1 cup Heavy Cream fresh for best results
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract adjust according to taste
Crust
  • 1 each Oreo Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Topping
  • 1 cup Cool Whip can replace with fresh whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Peppermint Candy avoid crushing too finely

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream on medium-high for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.

  3. Add vanilla and peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture, blending until even.
  4. Fold in crushed peppermint candy gently.
  5. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture until smooth and airy.
  6. Pour the filling into the Oreo pie crust, spreading evenly to the edges.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and create decorative swirls if desired.
  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Slice and serve, optionally adding more crushed peppermint on top.
