Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the cucumbers and sweet bell peppers under cold water. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and cut the sweet peppers into strips. Place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add the cucumbers, sweet peppers, and thinly sliced red onion to the mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over and gently toss.
