Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by draining and pressing the extra firm tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and vegan chicken bouillon powder. Mix well and sprinkle over the cubed tofu.
  3. Drizzle soy sauce over the coated tofu cubes and toss gently. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry the tofu at 370°F for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-10 minutes.
  6. Once done, let cool for a minute and serve immediately with rice or veggies.
