- Begin by draining and pressing the extra firm tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and vegan chicken bouillon powder. Mix well and sprinkle over the cubed tofu.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the coated tofu cubes and toss gently. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry the tofu at 370°F for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-10 minutes.
- Once done, let cool for a minute and serve immediately with rice or veggies.
