Basic Instructions
- Start by placing your boneless skinless chicken breasts into the crockpot, ensuring they're evenly spaced. Add the room-temperature cream cheese, minced garlic cloves, ranch seasoning powder, and unsalted butter, then pour in the chicken broth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the cooking time is complete, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and mix thoroughly with the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the crispy, cooked bacon pieces and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the Crockpot Crack Chicken warm over rice, pasta, or as a dip.
