Basic Instructions
  1. Start by placing your boneless skinless chicken breasts into the crockpot, ensuring they're evenly spaced. Add the room-temperature cream cheese, minced garlic cloves, ranch seasoning powder, and unsalted butter, then pour in the chicken broth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them using two forks.
  4. Return the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and mix thoroughly with the creamy sauce.
  5. Stir in the crispy, cooked bacon pieces and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
