Step‑by‑Step Instructions for CrockPot Chicken Tortellini
  1. Spray the interior of your slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce and chicken broth over the chicken. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes.
  4. Cover the slow cooker tightly and set it to cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the pot.
  6. Add the cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream. Stir together.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. After cooking, stir in the baby spinach and allow it to wilt for about 10 minutes.
