Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Combine Ingredients in the Slow Cooker: Place seasoned chicken, sliced bell peppers, and diced onion in the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  3. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred into bite-sized pieces. Return shredded chicken to the Crock Pot with remaining broth and vegetables.
  4. Add Cream Cheese and Parmesan: Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to the chicken mixture. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and cook on low for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cook the Pasta: In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta.
