  2. Brown the Chicken: Sear the seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add chopped bell peppers, diced onions, and minced garlic, sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Layer over the chicken in the slow cooker.
