Preparation Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the fresh salmon fillets dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Toss the cubed salmon and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
- While the salmon is air-frying, melt the unsalted butter in a pan, then add heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and place them on a serving dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the top.

Notes
Ensure salmon is dry before seasoning for best results. Use a meat thermometer to check for ideal tenderness.
