  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika can enhance the flavor.
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt Sea salt can be used if preferred.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground offers more intense flavor.
For the Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Use plant-based butter for dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half for lighter option.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (minced) Dried parsley can be used but with less intensity.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pan
  • Meat Thermometer

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the fresh salmon fillets dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Toss the cubed salmon and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  5. While the salmon is air-frying, melt the unsalted butter in a pan, then add heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and place them on a serving dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the top.
