Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking tray with olive oil.
  2. Soak the chicken tenders in milk for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper on a separate plate. Dredge soaked chicken in the mixture.
  4. Bake the coated chicken tenders for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add garlic and chili flakes, cooking for one minute.
  6. Add white wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
