- Preheat your Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse them under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground meat, cooked rice, and selected spices. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Stuff each prepared bell pepper with the meat mixture, pressing down lightly to pack it without overstuffing.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the stuffed peppers in the Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes, until tender and the filling reaches an inner temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Carefully remove the stuffed peppers and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
