- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking oil.
- Combine plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then coat in the cheese and cracker mixture.
- Arrange coated tenders on the baking sheet with space in between and lightly spray the tops with cooking oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot with favorite dipping sauces.
