  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders Ready-to-cook, trimmed
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Can substitute with mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers Can substitute with gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Spray or Olive Oil For best results

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking oil.
  2. Combine plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then coat in the cheese and cracker mixture.
  5. Arrange coated tenders on the baking sheet with space in between and lightly spray the tops with cooking oil.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot with favorite dipping sauces.
