Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the boneless chicken thighs or breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, pour olive oil. Dunk each chicken piece into the oil to coat.
  4. Coat the oiled chicken pieces generously in panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated chicken on it.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the baked chicken immediately after removing it from the oven.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
