- Make the Batter: Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and optional paprika. Gradually whisk in water until smooth.
- Coat Tofu: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Dip each tofu strip into the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
