  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or dairy-free cheese for lactose-free option
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley optional

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute.
  3. Cut your Yukon Gold potatoes into quarters and add them into the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss gently for 2-3 minutes until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and mix again for another minute.
  5. Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  6. Set your air fryer to cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once done, transfer your crispy potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
