  1. In a high-speed blender, combine ripe honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them almost to the brim. Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, until completely solid.
  4. Once frozen, carefully remove the Vegan Melona Bars from their molds and serve immediately.
