Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Melona Bars
- In a high-speed blender, combine ripe honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and unsweetened plant milk. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them almost to the brim. Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, until completely solid.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the Vegan Melona Bars from their molds and serve immediately.
