Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, add 2 cups of creamy vanilla ice cream, ¾ cup of cold milk, and ¼ cup of ube halaya. If desired, add ½ teaspoon of ube extract.
  2. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 20 seconds until smooth and velvety in consistency. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  3. Chill your serving cup in the freezer for about 10 minutes before pouring the milkshake.
  4. Once your cup is chilled, pour the Ube Milkshake into it, filling it close to the rim. Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
