- In a blender, add 2 cups of creamy vanilla ice cream, ¾ cup of cold milk, and ¼ cup of ube halaya. If desired, add ½ teaspoon of ube extract.
- Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 20 seconds until smooth and velvety in consistency. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Chill your serving cup in the freezer for about 10 minutes before pouring the milkshake.
- Once your cup is chilled, pour the Ube Milkshake into it, filling it close to the rim. Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
