Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and crushing the garlic. Combine it with lemon juice and marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Crumble the firm tofu in a mixing bowl using a fork to achieve a slightly chunky texture.
  3. Add the marinated garlic mixture, olive oil, nutritional yeast, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until blended but still slightly chunky.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
