- In a medium mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add 1 cup of pumpkin puree and ½ cup of powdered sugar, mixing on low and then medium speed for 1-2 minutes until thick and well combined.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and fold it in gently with a spatula.
- Carefully fold in 1 cup of whipped topping using a spatula.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, optionally sprinkle with pumpkin spice and serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
