Step-by-Step Instructions for Wolkenweich Pink Lemonade
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar is fully dissolved, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Gradually add the cooled sugar mixture to the lemon juice, stirring continuously to combine.
  3. Blend in 1 cup of pureed strawberries into the mixing bowl, stirring thoroughly until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the strawberry-lemon mixture into a large serving pitcher and gently add 2 cups of sparkling water, stirring carefully to maintain the fizz.
