Mousse Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons of peanut butter powder and 3 tablespoons of water for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into 1 cup of Light Cool Whip, maintaining airiness for a light, fluffy texture.
- Scoop the mousse into silicone muffin cups, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Place the filled cups in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm but still soft.
- Remove from freezer and let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving to soften.
- Optionally, garnish with mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
