  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder Mix in for a chocolate variation.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup Drizzled over before serving.

Method
 

Mousse Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 tablespoons of peanut butter powder and 3 tablespoons of water for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into 1 cup of Light Cool Whip, maintaining airiness for a light, fluffy texture.
  3. Scoop the mousse into silicone muffin cups, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  4. Place the filled cups in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm but still soft.
  5. Remove from freezer and let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving to soften.
  6. Optionally, garnish with mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
