  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Mascarpone or ricotta can be used
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust based on preference

  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
For the Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (penne or rotini) Cook separately
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half Reduce for lighter version
For Garnish (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley Optional
  • 1/2 cup Extra Parmesan Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Chicken: Place chicken in crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add Sauces: Pour in chicken broth, sprinkle parmesan cheese, add cream cheese and minced garlic.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred Chicken: Use forks to shred chicken in pot and mix with sauce.
  5. Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Combine: Stir in cooked pasta and heavy cream/half-and-half into the sauce in the crockpot.
  7. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley or extra parmesan as desired.
