- Combine coarsely ground coffee with filtered cold water in a large container. Use a ratio of 1 cup of coffee to 4 cups of water. Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for about 12 hours.
- Filter the brewed coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter. Pour it into another container to separate the grounds.
- Froth the coconut drink and brown sugar in a mixing bowl using a handheld frother until light and frothy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour the filtered cold brew into serving glasses, fill three-quarters full, and spoon the frothed coconut mixture on top. Stir gently, serve chilled.
