  1. Begin by zesting 2 medium fresh oranges using a fine grater. Cut the oranges in half and set them aside for juicing.
  2. Squeeze the zested oranges until you collect approximately 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain for seeds.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine coconut cream, orange juice, zest, honey or agave, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
